Delicious food and friendly staff. The atmosphere is lively and upbeat. Several different menu items to choose from. We received wonderful recommendations from our server. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for sushi or gourmet ramen. The poke bowls were also delicious!

Good was good. It was loud and crowded but it was dinner time and the food is good so it's to be expected. We ordered the Tan Tan Men, Red Curry Ramn,Sunday morning Roll and the Spicy Tuna Deluxe Roll. All were very good and taking hom some of the Red Curry Ramen the staff separated the liquid from the rest of the bowl. That is a first for me to see from all the asian restaurants I've been to. Excellent on the take home ramen! I didn't get a picture of the Tan Tan Men.

Our first time to Slurping Turtle and enjoyed the experience overall. We started with Negitoro roll, Hamachi Nachos, and gyoza. The fish was very good, but the roll had too much rice. The nachos were tasty and the gyoza was very well prepared though I would prefer pork over chicken. I had the Tokotsu ramen and added an egg. Most of the ramen bowls don’t come with an egg which I thought was odd. However the add on egg was very good and well priced. A good egg is a must for good ramen. My son thought his tan tan men was much better than mine and my wife also loved her red curry ramen. The service is friendly, and the space has a great energy and was hopping on a Thursday night. The menu is much bigger than typical ramen places with sushi, bao, and lots of different apps. There is even toro and uni in the menu though we didn’t try this time. If one is in the Easton area, Slurping Turtle is definitely worth a try.

I went on a Saturday, first day of spring (you know EVERYBODY comes out the winter slumber lol), with a party of 6. Very busy and yet we still were served quickly. The atmosphere is really good, great vibes, great music in the background. And the food was DELICIOUS. I got the DFFC Miso spicy ramen (mild spicy), The kids got the "lil slurp" from the kids menu as well as a rice bowl. They come with chicken breast slices. I will say if your child likes more flavor in their ramen order from the regular menu as they hold back flavor and make it a little more plain for the kids. We got the gyoza (pork) appetizers. So good! A nice chew with a crisp skin on the side of it. Absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend the DFFC Miso ramen. The fried chicken still keeps a good bite to it and isn't soggy like you would expect. It was also my daughter's birthday (6 years old) and they offered 2 options of desserts and she chose coconut ice cream.

I've been to this restaurant 4 times, and I always leave feeling well-fed with without a painful dent in my wallet. This time, the ramen I chose (Tokyo) was less flavorful than I recall enjoying in the past (which is why it only scored 4/5 ✨ from me this time). Our server was great and appropriately attentive to allergies in our party, and also warmed us about a longer wait time than normal. One thing that was an unnecessary wait (in my humble opinion) was for the green tea and hot water we ordered. Other interactions with staff were likewise positive and friendly. This would make a great option for a date or a group of friends. We went on a busy Saturday and had a wait time of about an hour, which was fine (the party was hanging out at PINS). Do note that the whole party needs to be present before being seated. 😉 🍲 We mostly ordered ramen, shared sushi (the spicy California roll was really good) and the appetizer duck fat fried chicken (so good!) and edamame. 🍣 🍥
